Alongside these studies, he developed a deep interest in understanding the inner nature of the mind and self awareness and connection.Through the wisdom of yogic paths and personal inquiry, he explored how the inner world of the mind, emotions, and awareness connects with the path of spiritual growth and wellbeing.

Through his learning and personal experience, Saransh brings together yoga, spirituality, and inner understanding, sharing yogic methods, mediation, fusion of philosophy & psychology and reflections that support a deeper connection with oneself.

He believes that yoga is not only a practice but a way of understanding life, and that with sincere dedication and self-inquiry, every individual has the potential to become their own guide on the path of inner discovery.

Through his own sadhana, Saransh learned to channel his energy in ways that nurture balance, clarity, and wellbeing while continuing the journey of self-exploration. He enjoys sharing his experiences with others and supporting people in cultivating greater self-awareness and a deeper connection with themselves.

Saransh warmly welcomes open conversations, reflections, and questions, as he believes that sincere inquiry is an important step on the journey toward knowing self.

About Sound Meditation at the Recharge Your Self Weekend:

The world constantly tells us to slow down, meditate, and find inner peace. But in reality, most of us don’t know how to shift out of our daily stress patterns. Our nervous system runs on what it remembers and repeats. When stress becomes the dominant pattern, the body simply continues operating from it.

To change this, we need to introduce new experiences of rest, relaxation, and safety so the body can begin to learn a different way of being.

Sound Meditation offers that bridge.

In this session, you are guided into a deeply relaxed and receptive state through sound. It is a passive form of meditation where you don’t have to try or force the mind to be still. Instead, the sound creates the environment for the body and mind to naturally settle.

As you relax into the vibrations, you may begin to sense different layers within the body and mind that become accessible when we slow down. It becomes a direct experience of what meditation can feel like.

Think of it as a taster, an introduction that helps you understand meditation not as something you struggle with, but as a state your body already knows how to return to.
